» Introduction of CERT PROCEDURE

	Inquiry/Proposal Before certification audit, ICR consults with a company about the general procedures and methods of certification audit. In case of company request, ICR will send the proposal sheet about certification audit period and fee
	Certification Application When ICR receive the certification application, the contract is automatically concluded. In case of request additional contract document, ICR can issue the contract document.
	Notification of Audit plan After confirming the certification application, ICR will notify the detailed audit plan including audit team and audit plan. At this time, audit plan is discussed between ICR and a company.
	Pre-assessment [Option] The purpose of the pre-audit is to give an improvement chance to the system prior to audit. In case of company request, it will be conducted.
	Stage 1 assessment [Document review] Stage 1 audit is conducted to confirm the conformity of management system. According to the applied standard, audit extent is partially different, and in case of review for the management system document, all applied standard are included in audit extent.
	Stage 2 assessment [On-site audit] Stage 2 audit is conducted to confirm whether certification application standard and the management system of organization actually meet the all requirement related to audit extent or not through on-site audit. If the system meets the requirement of standard by objective facts, it is recommended to the certification registration.
	Corrective action Of non-conformity After audit, non-conformity corrective action shall be conducted and the results of corrective action will be confirmed by written document or confirmation during on-site audit period.
	Certification Consideration ICR makes a decision about certification through certification committee evaluation of whole audit process
	Issuing certificate Once certification/registration is decided, the certificate will be issued to the customer.
	Surveillance Surveillance is conducted In order to verify whether certification/registration organization is obeying the certification stipulation or not, it will be conducted based on initial on-site audit procedure. Periodic surveillance cycle can not exceed one year.
	Renewal audit Renewal audit is conducted for renewal of certification every 3 years, it is also conducted based on same procedures with initial certification audit.
